Why choose a Lucid Executive Suite over a Hotel for extended stay accommodations?
Lucid Executive Suites are condominium and townhouse properties which are substantially larger than standard hotel rooms and suites and offer you all the comforts of your own home during your short to long term stay.
Each suite features a full kitchen providing options to cook and dine within the suite and is fully serviced with all house wares, linens and towels to ensure your stay of the highest quality and a simple transition from your personal residence. To welcome you to your new home away from home, we provide each of our guests with a Lucid Welcome Tray to assist in making your first few nights as comfortable as possible.
Are there minimum reservation lengths?
All Lucid Executive Suites may be booked for a minimum of one month. Reservation contracts may be customized to best fit your accommodations requirements.
What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM local time and check-out is 10:00 AM local time.
What type of payment options are offered by Lucid Executive Suites?
All major credit cards are accepted, as well as corporate cheques. A credit card is required to be on file for all guests in the event additional incidental charges arise.
Do you offer suites where smoking is permitted?
No, all Lucid Executive Suites are explicitly non-smoking suites.
In addition to the suite, are there any additional monthly charges I will have to pay?
All Lucid Executive Suites include all utilities, unlimited North American telephone service (Premium-Rate telephone number's not included), SHAW cable service, high-speed wireless internet service and biweekly housekeeping and in suite laundry. If parking is required, there is an additional monthly charge per available stall. In Alberta, General Sales Tax (GST) is currently at five percent.
